Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Cou Cou tags are intact and the garments are in their original, unwashed condition.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
